Idea development - Animation Script
My final project will be a animation based on the Last dodo and its extinction. The animation will focus more on the last alive dodo searching for an another dodo after realising that it's alone.
This is a basic script for the animation however more things could be added on later in the future.

Final Storyboard
This story board is about a dodo who lost her egg and goes to find her partner for help, however her partner is nowhere to be seen and the dodo runs through the island in a panic to find him. After a long search the dodo finds a skeleton of another dodo which symbolises that she is the last dodo alive. The story ends with the dodo ending her panicked search and disappearing back into the forest.
Idea Boards/ Inspiration
I chose to create my backgrounds in a similar style to studio Ghibli because Ghibli is famous for its environmental designs and I found it inspiring.
Background Development
To understand and decide on what my backgrounds in animation are going to be, I decided to create three backgrounds. All the backgrounds here are inspired by the works and style of studio Ghibli and are painted with traditional Poster Colour paint.
Animation process
Once the backgrounds are complete I started the animation process. The animation that I chose was going to be frame by frame.
The animation will be made using the Procreate software and will be edited by adobe premiere.

There will be multiple scenes which will be put together to make one complete animation, the animation will be around 30 to 40 seconds long.
