Stephen Bliss is a famous artist who started his Career in 1986, London. He is well known for his famous digital art and mono wall painting.
Stephen Bliss is well known in many famous digital gaming companies such as 'Rockstar Games.' He became famous by drawing digital portraits of different characters in popular videogames. His personal art on the other hand, tends to be more traditional as he uses paints and magazines to create art.
Many of his works tend to be messy and chaotic. The technique's he uses are paintings, inking and collages. He does this by ripping out the paper and presumably painting over it.
I think Stephen Bliss's work is very chaotic however it gives off a pop art feeling. Many People would see his art as complicated and very out of place, however, I think that is why is art stands out.
MY STUDY
This is a study of the artist, Stephan Bliss. I used the photoshop pencil tool to draw the black outline and to paint the portrait in colour. The reason why I used the Pencil was because It gave a more chalkier colour which linked with one of Stephen Bliss's art style.
I also went a bit rough with my colour by constantly making jagged marks, the reason for this was to strengthen the style of Stephen Bliss.
